WALK DOWN MEMORY LANE
The former ECU Mount Lawley site has been a gathering place since 50,000BP+, from Noongar hunting and camping grounds, to being established as part of the Swan River Colony, a sanitary depot in the 1900s, the National Safety council centre, Mount Lawley Teachers College, WAAPA, WA College of Advanced Education, and Edith Cowan University.
The former ECU Mount Lawley site holds a past where countless lives were transformed – careers fast-tracked, newfound confidence gained, and many milestones reached, and not easily forgotten.
We now invite current and former students, staff and community to take a walk down memory lane and share photos, videos and reflections of the site to celebrate its lasting impact.
